(“AlphaNet”), today announced that UPG has executed certain loan documents to increase its existing $12MM revolving line of credit with Compass Bank to $16MM. The additional eligible borrowings are based on more favorable borrowings against eligible inventory, and will be secured by the assets of UPG including accounts receivable and inventory.
